What a great, inspiring read! It was easy to read, no fluff, and full of down-to-earth practical prompts to consider when buying a business. I loved the ‘Personal Fitness Assessment’ and have not ever come across this in business. As mentioned in the doc it is always the business and not the individual under the microscope – a great and very important angle to consider! I was also pleased to see that the importance of systems & procedures got a mention.
